Fat content is one of the most important parameters Meateor must control in our products, along with protein, moisture and ash levels. Our analytical product testing ensures that the content of products is in line with standards to satisfy legal demands and to comply with end-product specifications and declarations.
In addition to measuring ingredient content, Meateor’s MDM ingredients are processed through a series of size reduction machines and 3mm sieve plates, with samples from every batch tested by independent laboratories.
