We demonstrate this by:
✔ Sourcing ingredients from Human Consumption facilities verified by government agency veterinarians being fit for pet consumption
✔ Operating our processing premises under the guidelines of ‘Good Manufacturing Principles’ and incorporating ‘Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points’
✔ Regular assessments of our processing procedures and requirements by government agency verifiers, assuring that our products are produced in accordance with national and overseas market access requirements (OMARS).
✔ Utilising in house and other third-party verification standards, independent of production
✔ Meeting the international Sedex Smeta Ethical Trade audit standards, which encompasses all aspects of responsible business practice.
